Meditation is at the core of what Andy’s work is based on. Most of her clients start with the belief “I can’t Meditate,” and Andy loves to bring playfulness, variety, and visualization into everything she does so clients and students can shift that limiting belief and develop a mind that thinks and performs clearer.

is Hindu for “Loving Kindness” and this meditation is all about that; starting out with easy, open love, advancing to forgiveness and kindness. Andy learned this meditation at the Glasgow Buddhist Center in Scotland in 1997 and has been practicing it ever since. Â Once she added it to the Synchronicity Course, Andy added it to this collection in 2010.
this meditation came from spirit while doing a lot of personal work with abundance and the energy of FLOW. Use this mediation if you feel stuck in writers block, in an unhappy job situation, or just want to create a better flow for anything!
