Andy Kennedy is a visionary builder of off-grid dreams and awakened communities. In 2022, after 25 years of planting roots in Colorado and cultivating an expansive skillset in sustainability, coaching, metaphysics, and natural health, she and her husband relocated to eastern Tennessee to manifest their boldest vision yet — The Shambhala Collective, a high-vibration permaculture homestead and nonprofit education center devoted to regenerative living, food sovereignty, and soul sovereignty.
A lifelong intuitive, Andy has been immersed in metaphysical studies since the 1990s. She is a Crystal and Reiki Master (certified in 2002), trained in Quantum Touch, Spiritual Response Therapy, Tarot, Numerology, and Astrology. She considers herself a perpetual student of esoteric wisdom and ancient healing arts, with a researcher’s heart and a calling to teach what she learns.
Her personal healing journey led her deep into the world of plant-based nutrition, detoxification, and vibrational wellness — discovering that when we remove toxicity and nourish our bodies, nature knows how to heal. This philosophy is the foundation of her work: a clean-living, intuitive, high-vibe lifestyle that supports clarity, vitality, and purpose.
Andy is also a certified Herbalist, Permaculture Designer, and Master Gardener, and has helped thousands through her coaching, workshops, and signature courses including Manifesting with Synchronicity, Doing Your Dharma, and the Red Pill Sisterhood. She also celebrates over 11 years as a leader in Juice Plus+ and Tower Garden, advocating for family wellness and accessible food growing solutions across schools, homes, hospitals, and communities.
At the heart of it all, Andy is building more than a homestead — she’s building a movement. Through her writing, teachings, and her visionary work at Shambhala, she’s helping women reclaim their time, health, and higher purpose, one sovereign step at a time.
