Your body is your most precious commodity, yet we often treat it like a trash can. Trash in-trash out. We don’t notice the impact of this until it’s too hard to ignore anymore.

That was me. I was in my late 30s when my body started to tell me I couldn’t treat it like trash anymore. I couldn’t eat college food and late night cereal binges. I couldn’t ignore it’s aches and pains and inflammation. And I started on a 10-year journey to discover what supports my one-and-only vehicle, and then another 5 years spent on building a place I could support others in that awareness and transformation.

It isn’t a project to perfect, though.

It’s the home you’ll live in for the rest of your life – and if you’re like me, you’re hoping that life is long, pain-free, and happy.

For me, Physical Sovereignty isn’t about chasing the latest wellness trend -and trust me, I’ve chased a few- or finding one miracle product (although I do have a few that I Think are pretty miraculous!).

It’s about learning to understand your body, nourish it well, question what you’ve been taught, and make choices that move you toward resilience instead of dependence.

Wherever you’re starting from—low energy, inflammation, hair loss, poor sleep, hormone changes, or simply a desire to feel more like yourself again—you don’t have to change everything overnight.

You just need a place to begin.
